Family bathroom on the first floor with free standing bath, hand held shower, wc, hand basin and heated towel rail. Shower room with a large electric shower, sink and w.c. Kitchen / dining room. Utility / laundry room. Sitting room. Snug.

Range cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. TV with Freeview and DVD player. The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, fridge/freezer and glass fronted chiller unit. Baby friendly facilities, WiFi. TV, BT vision, panasonic music system. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves, these will not be provided. Note: The outside area is a shared space with the pet friendly holiday let next door. Note: Please note that there is a £25 charge per pet.
